Special Needs Student Found Dead on School Bus

A special needs student who boarded a school bus as usual in the morning was found dead on that same bus, in a school bus parking lot, at 4:25 pm. It is unclear how long the student was left in the bus or how the driver did not notice the student was still on board after parking the vehicle. The student, Hun Joon Lee, was 19.

Unfortunately, misconduct on school buses is all too common. Recently, Manly, Stewart & Finaldi reached a record-breaking settlement against Lodi Unified School District on behalf of a special needs student who was sexually assaulted by her bus driver on the way to school.
