Christopher McKenzie, a 50-year-old pool cleaner originally charged in 2012 with molesting two children, now faces child pornography charges after a search of his computer. McKenzie was already suspected of molesting seven boys over more than a decade, but now faces this additional charge.
That brings the total number of felony charges against McKenzie to 24, including performing lewd acts on a minor under 14, and distributing pornography to a minor. It is believed that McKenzie gained access to children through his position as a child-care volunteer at Rock Harbor Church in Costa Mesa
