Our Status with Current & Prospective Clients During the COVID-19 Outbreak
Posted on March 23, 2020     |     Firm News
In an effort to continue assisting clients through the recent novel coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, we will be changing how we communicate with current & prospective clients in need.
We Can Evaluate Your Case Remotely
Despite recent “shelter in place” mandates set forth in response to COVID-19, we want to assure any current and prospective clients that we will not be halting or reducing our legal assistance in this difficult time.
If you or a loved one require legal assistance, we can now offer initial case evaluations remotely. We have the capability to take your case details and discuss whether or not you have a case — all from the comfort of your home.
Additionally, if we require any signatures to formalize or finalize a document, we offer convenient e-signature options so that you do not need to make an in-person office visit. E-signatures may be used to sign all documents electronically, from their computer or any mobile device. You can rest assured that they are safe, secure, and meet the requirements of client-lawyer confidentiality.
If You Have Questions, You Have Multiple Options to Contact Us
Although we always prefer to meet with you in the office, we understand the need for the current state measures in place. Fortunately, we offer three options to contact us regarding your case.
Call Us
If you or a loved one require legal assistance, please call us at (949) 252-9990 or (800) 700-8450. If we do not pick up, please leave a voicemail, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Chat With Us
We also offer a live-chat option for any clients with general questions. It is important to note that a live-chat does not establish a client-lawyer relationship, but it is a convenient option for any inquiries that otherwise do not require a phone call or virtual consultation.
Use Our Contact Form
Finally, we offer a contact form below if you would like us to contact you regarding a free initial consultation. Simply fill out the details and someone will be in touch with you as soon as possible.
For Our Current Clients
We understand that this may be a confusing, stressful time for everyone in the state of California, and we want to give you peace of mind during these trying times. Please rest assured that we will continue representing you in your case and addressing your needs.
We will notify you immediately of any changes, postponements, or cancellations regarding legal proceedings pertinent to your case. Otherwise, we will be working hard at your case as if under normal circumstances – albeit remotely at home.
Our priority is in the health, wellness, and safety of our staff, support staff, clients, and any prospective clients. We appreciate your patience and trust through these circumstances, and we thank you for choosing Manly, Stewart & Finaldi.
