On Dec. 8, detectives with the Tustin Police Department were notified about a possible sexual relationship between a student and a former school employee, identified as Fraga, 23.
The victim confirmed to police that there had been “unlawful sexual contact” and a further investigation reportedly revealed “inappropriate communication” between Fraga and the teen.
Fraga was previously employed as an assistant coach at Tustin High School.
On Dec. 11, Fraga was arrested for: Unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor, Contact with a minor to commit a felony, and Oral copulation with a person under the age of 18.
Detectives believe there may be other victims who have not come forward. Anyone who may be a victim or has information on the case is asked to call School Resource Officer Hense at 714-573-3186.
