Global settlement of an 18-victim child sexual abuse action that included infliction of emotional distress awards for 19 parent plaintiffs of the victims. The victims were sexually fondled by Robert Pimental, their teacher at George De La Torre Elementary School in the Los Angeles Unified School District, over the course of several years.
