Subway Warned About Jared Fogle By Franchisee Years Prior to Arrest

A former Subway Franchisee claims that she had conversations with at least three executives at Subway regarding Jared Fogle’s interest in young children. Cindy Mills, who ran a Subway restaurant franchise in Pensacole, Florida, says that the conversations with Subway executives took place as early as 2008. Mills said she met Fogle at a Subway event and had an affair with him. During that time, Fogle told her he’d had sex with prostitutes between the ages of 9 and 16 years old in Thailand and the US. Mills went to the FBI with the information when it becamse clear that Fogle’s colleague, Russell Taylor was under suspicion for producing child pornography.
