Statute of Limitations Help Father Baker Avoids Molestation Charges

Charges for the alleged molestation of a young boy in the 1980’s against Father Michael Baker have been dropped after a decision by the Supreme Court to strictly enforce the statute of limitations in old molestation cases leaving the victims with no remedy.
