Second Student Files Suit Against Hesperia Unified School District

A second student has come forwarded and filed suit against Hesperia Unified School District, alleging that there exists a culture of sexual hazing on the Oak Hills High School football team. The Plaintiff, an 18-year-old known in court filings as John KZ Doe, is the second victim of hazing at the school to come forward and make such allegations.
The first plaintiff’s case is scheduled for trial on November 14, 2016. No trial date has been set for the second victim.
