Emily Howe is an attorney with Manly Stewart & Finaldi.
Before joining Manly, Stewart & Finaldi Emily was a prosecutor in Texas. She worked as an Assistant District Attorney with the Collin County District Attorney’s Office for one year, representing the State of Texas in misdemeanor and Domestic Violence cases. During her time as a prosecutor, she tried 14 jury trials and gained vaulable courtroom experience.
Prior to law school, Emily was a member of the Women’s Gymnastics Team at UC Berkeley. After college, Emily attended law school and joined the Moot Court team and performed pro bono work at the UC Hastings Worker’s Rights Clinic.
