Alexander Harrison is an associate attorney with Manly, Stewart & Finaldi.

Before joining Manly, Stewart & Finaldi, Alexander was a career prosecutor. He served as a Deputy District Attorney for nearly ten years with the Orange County District Attorney’s Office and the Santa Barbara County District Attorney’s Office. He represented the People of California in prosecuting criminal offenses including sexual assault, child molestation, rape, child pornography, kidnapping, robbery, burglary, domestic violence, and murder.

Alexander’s assignments included the Orange County District Attorney’s Sexual Assault Unit, where he prosecuted felony sexual assaults and Sexually Violent Predators, and the Santa Barbara County District’s Attorney’s Serious and Violent Crimes and Homicide teams.

Alexander is experienced at trying cases and has tried over 50 jury trials to verdict.

Alexander was honored for outstanding service by the Santa Barbara County District Attorney’s Office for his prosecution of the 1991 killing of Chung Yu Ping, whose killer fled the country and was finally brought to justice in 2022.
