JSerra High School Spanish Teacher Convicted of Committing Lewd Acts Upon a Child

Ricardo Aldana, a former Spanish teacher at the Catholic JSerra High School in San Juan Capistrano, California, has been convicted of committing lewd acts upon a 14-year-old child. Aldana had picked the young girl up from her home and drove her to his home in Dana Point, where he raped her.

Aldana faces up to four years and four months for the molestation. He will be senteced on July 11, 2014.
