Cynthia C. alleges that when Father Baker began molesting her, he told her that if she ever spoke about the molestation, Baker would ensure her mother gets fired from her job at the Church.
When Father Baker confessed his abusive tendencies to Cardinal Mahony, Cynthia C. and her family moved to Mexico; however, the abuse continued when Father Baker would visit the family until the time she married.
