Father Alejandro “Alex” Jose Castillo, a priest and convicted sex offender who spent one year in prison for sexually abusing a young boy in his parish, violated his probation just 1 day after his release from prison by attending a party at which boys under the age of 18 were present. Although Father Castillo could have faced up to eight years in prison for this violation, the court deemed the two weeks he served in custody sufficient for the violation.
Sexual abuse attorneys from Manly, Stewart & Finaldi are representing two of Castillo’s young sexual assault victims in a case that is currently being litigated.
