Convicted Child Molester Sentenced To Nearly 300 Years In Prison

Judge Richard King, of the Orange County Superior Court, has sentenced a convicted child molester to 298 years in prison. The child molester, 31 year old Luis Alberto Pineda, was a local soccer coach who cultivated close relationships with his minor soccer players – becoming so close to their families, that he became the godfather to two of the boys. Pineda was convicted last month of committing forcible sodomy and other lewd acts on multiple children and teen-agers whom he met through his coaching jobs. Some children were as young as seven years old.

In handing down the sentence, Judge King stated, “rats don’t do this to their children.”
